Asphalt, unlike other paving surfaces we offer, really requires no cure time, or extensive site preparation and traffic is permitted as soon as the rollers are finished. If you are paving a road, it can be paved just a lane at a time, minimizing disruption to residents, or traffic. Projects can often be completed in one short day, even overnight! This leaves the newly paved area open for your home, business, or public municipality as quickly as possible. Asphalt is also very flexible and can be designed to bear virtually any load. Couple this with the fact that it’s a little over half the price of concrete work, and you can see why so many of our customers have decided to go with asphalt.
